Classes

The Grammar offers a diverse exercise class programme incorporating the latest trends in our state of the art class studio. The Grammar unequivocally provides the best class studio in the area and the best instructors deliver our programme.

 

Class Descriptions

Aerobic attack
A great way to maximize fat burning, boosting your aerobic fitness, improving stamina and muscle tone.  An aerobic workout to great motivating music.

Fitball Conditioning
Core conditioning using fitballs and other equipment to strengthen your core, improving posture and strengthening muscles.

Aerobics
An effective class with easy to master choreographed routines set to great music.  You can choose whether you want to work out with Lo or Hi impact moves.  A fun workout.

Body Conditioning
A varied conditioning class that may include equipment such as hand weights, steps mats and body bands.  Floor work is included for a total head to toe workout.

Boxercise
An intensive cardiovascular workout based on movements from the boxing arena. This workout will have you boxing your way around the Aerobic Suite.

Pilates
A gentle controlled workout that concentrates on core conditioning.  It improves posture, core stability and will strengthen and tone your muscles.
 
Fitness Yoga
A conditioning workout that is based on the principles of Yoga.  This will balance the body, mind and spirit with a combination of exercises that stretch and reshape your body.
