After you have contacted the Personal Trainer they will arrange a suitable time and date to meet for your consultation.

Step 2
During your consultation your Personal Trainer will perform some basic fitness tests including blood pressure, weight, BMI, and some body measurements.

Step 3
After your consultation your Personal Trainer will book a date for your first session and design a tailor made fitness programme to suit your needs and lifestyle goals.

Step 4
Regular assessments to follow your progress and reviews of fitness programme to ensure that you are meeting your personal fitness and lifestyle goals.

Our personal trainer Ali is a renowned international hockey player. He has played in the Olympic games for Pakistan and has coached many well known teams. You now have the chance to take advantage of Ali's knowledge by booking in with him. Ali's programmes and personal training sessions are sure to get you where you want to be.

Natalie

Now a fully qualified Personal Trainer - Natalie is here to help you work towards your goals. Natalie is also qualified to a high standard with prenatal and postnatal exercise. If you are currently pregnant or have just had your baby, Natalie can help you get your fitness levels back.

Dale

Level 3 advanced instructor/ Personal Trainer; Dale specialises in referrals from doctors. He will help you get back in shape in no time!
